So the client plays a major role in the final look of the development,” Petr Vacek explains. 

The CEO of Neocity sat down to speak with us about Prague’s housing market and about what it means to have respect for a location. “We’re trying to strike a balance between the business side of the new build and respect for the site. We speak openly with our neighbours and with the borough. We don't want to ‘fight the tide’ and we always try to communicate our intentions as best we can,” says Oded Ber.
