The project where four out of nine buildings are currently on sale has recently received its building permit. The new face of Vršovice is now one step closer.
Connect Vršovice will rise within reach of the old Vršovice district and bring a new perspective on urban living. It will offer a total of 320 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, spread across 23,000 m². Most apartments will feature terraces, with some even boasting green, grass-covered ones. Living comfort will be enhanced not only by well-designed interiors with smart technologies, but also by amenities such as a gym, yoga room, reception, and children’s playground. Underground parking will, of course, be available.
We plan to complete the project in August 2028.
