In Vinoř, 134 spacious residential units are being created, including eight terraced houses. The apartments stand out with above-standard layouts and generously sized rooms, ranging from studios to six-bedroom apartments. Units come with a front garden, terrace, balcony, or loggia – spaces you can easily turn into an extra living area from spring through autumn, whether for work or for time with friends and family.
Residence Vinoř blends modern architecture by Qarta Studio with a respectful approach to the local character – the new buildings will stand alongside preserved historic structures. An additional benefit is the expansive, car-free public space, with garage access located right at the entrance to the complex.
This unique project is planned for completion in spring 2027.
